Crewtro is an app that local home-service pros use to answer requests, send quotes and get paid. The pros are independent businesses. They are not our employees or agents, and we do not do the work.

• Your request goes to one local pro whose area and job types match it, not to a list of pros.
• Give true details. You must be at least 18.
• By agreeing to texts on the form you allow the pro and Crewtro to text you about this request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts and HELP for help. Agreeing is not a condition of buying anything.

A price range shown after your request is an estimate made with AI, from the pro's prices and our price catalog. It is not a price or an offer. The pro confirms the actual price in a quote.

When you type your name and accept a quote, you make an agreement with the pro for the work in that quote version. We record the version, the time and your typed name as evidence for both sides. Quote links expire after 14 days.

When online payments are turned on, you pay the pro through our payment processor. Your card or bank details go to the processor, not to us. Refunds, changes and cancellations of the work are between you and the pro.

The pro is responsible for the work, its quality and any warranty they give. Contact the pro first. If you think a pro broke these rules or misused your data, write to [to be added before launch].

Do not send fake requests, use the page to harass anyone or try to break or overload the service. We may refuse requests that look automated or abusive.

Crewtro is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the pro's work or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
